Early-stage notice: Flowesta is a new product. These terms accurately describe how the app actually works today, grounded directly in its codebase — they have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace the bracketed placeholders below with real values, and get real legal review, before this is relied on for Meta App Review or public launch.

What you're agreeing to

These terms govern your use of Flowesta — a service that generates and automatically publishes content to Facebook Pages (and, optionally, TikTok) you connect and control. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide a real, working email address to sign up, and confirm it with the code we email you.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
You must only connect Facebook Pages, TikTok accounts, and Google Drive folders that you own or are authorized to manage.

What Flowesta does on your behalf

Once you connect a Page and configure its content settings, Flowesta will generate and publish content to that Page automatically, on the schedule you set, without further action from you each time. You are responsible for the content Flowesta publishes under your account — review your settings and generated content regularly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowesta to:

Post content that violates Facebook's, TikTok's, or YouTube's own terms of service or community standards.
Post content you don't have the rights to use.
Attempt to circumvent any platform's spam, authenticity, or rate-limiting protections.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

[Flowesta's pricing/billing terms will be added here once a plan structure and payment provider are finalized. No paid plans exist yet.]

Service availability

We aim to keep Flowesta reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, platform (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube) API changes, or outages outside our control may affect posting at times.

Termination

You may stop using Flowesta and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Flowesta is provided "as is." We are not responsible for actions taken by Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third-party platform against your accounts, including as a result of content published through Flowesta.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
